Custom solutions that plug into your existing systems and go live in your business.
OpenAI implementation, Claude workflows, agents, voice, vision, and custom features designed around your business. Every build aims at the same outcomes: time saved, costs down, and fewer human errors.
Complex workflow automation
Delegate the work you and your team repeat each day to AI agents that carry out every step: approvals, handoffs, reporting, and orchestration across your systems. Consistent, reliable results, every time.
AI agents
Agents that handle scheduling, follow ups, research, triage, and reporting. Tool integrations that let your agents reach into the systems they need.
Voice agents & chatbots
Voice agents and chatbots that sound like real people. Customer service, intake, booking, internal ops. No robotic scripts. And unlike a phone team, one AI agent can answer thousands of calls at the same time, so no caller is left waiting.
AI vision systems
We use both frontier and open-source vision models for image analysis, video processing, and document understanding. Object detection, classification, spatial reasoning, real-time video feeds. If it's visual, we turn it into structured data or plain-language descriptions your systems can act on.
We scope it like we're building it. Because we are.
Research, technical analysis, detailed specs, and a clear proposal. You know exactly what you're getting before you commit.
Research
We study your systems, data flows, APIs, and constraints before writing a single spec.
Scope
Every workflow gets user stories, acceptance criteria, and explicit exclusions. We break features into development tasks and flag everything that needs your input before we start.
Walkthrough
A plain-English explanation of what we're building, how it works, and what changes for you day to day. Written for the people making the decision, not the people writing the code.
Proposal
What it costs, what's included, what's not. Whether that's a fixed price per workflow or time and materials, you'll see the numbers and the scope before any work begins.
Behind every deliverable: company research, API and systems analysis, workflow architecture, a clear call on whether Claude, OpenAI or open-source models fit best, build plans, and task-level development planning.
AI Reviews from $4,900, fixed price agreed before we start.
Covers a review with two to four staff interviews, typical for a small-to-medium business. Larger organisations with more workflows, more systems, and higher stakes are scoped and priced individually.
Hands-on AI training, run by the experts who build complex systems.
Working sessions from two hours, at your office in Perth or online. We prepare on your industry and your tools before we arrive, and your team leaves with use cases mapped to the work they actually do.
Intro to Claude Cowork
Claude Cowork from zero: what it is, how the settings work (models, approvals, projects, connectors, skills, routines, plugins), how to connect it to the applications you already use, and how to create skills that make results repeatable and consistent. Bring a room full of beginners with a licence and nothing else; they walk out using it.
Intro to ChatGPT Work
OpenAI's ChatGPT Work from zero: what it is, how the settings work (models, projects, memory, custom instructions, connectors, plugins, scheduled tasks), how to connect the tools you already use, and how to build the custom skills that keep outcomes consistent. The same promise: beginners in, users out.
Specialist team sessions
For a team with one job they want AI to take on. We build the session around your workflow, your documents, and your systems, then work the use case end to end until the team can run it themselves. Training on the work itself, not the tools.
From $1,000 for a two-hour session. One price for the whole room.
Longer sessions, leadership briefings, and multi-team rollouts are scoped and priced individually.
From agreement to production.
Built by operators who've scaled public companies.
Business operators
You get commercial instinct and operational depth as well as the person who can build. We've built and scaled private and public companies ourselves.
Public markets experience
We understand governance, compliance, and what Boards actually care about. Our solutions hold up to real scrutiny.
Direct access to your builder
No account managers. No middlemen. You talk directly to the person building your solution.
OpenAI and Claude implementation
We design OpenAI and Claude workflows, agents, and tool integrations for real business use. When another model is the better fit, we say so before you spend money.
OpenAI Partner Network member
Accepted into the OpenAI Partner Network in 2026, with direct access to OpenAI's partner enablement, training, and resources for our clients' builds.
Quality assurance & governance
Strict data boundaries, least privilege access, and audit logging. Human checkpoints where they add value.
Onshore Australian delivery
Based in Perth, Western Australia. No offshore handoffs. We also run our own agent teams internally.
We won't rebuild your tech stack
Other firms show up wanting to rewrite everything. We don't. We build AI tools that plug into what you already run. Your CRM, your ERP, your internal systems stay where they are. We extend them.
