Claude implementation

Claude workflow implementation for Australian businesses.

Transcend AI Partners designs, builds, and supports real business systems on Claude: Claude API workflows, Claude Code delivery, Agent Skills that encode how your business actually works, MCP connectors into your systems, Claude Agent SDK builds, document automation, retrieval, and governed system integration. We run our own practice on Claude every day, so we sell what we operate.

What does a Claude implementation include?

  1. When is Claude a fit? We assess it for document-heavy work, tool-using agents, coding workflows, retrieval, and tasks where its model and product capabilities suit the workflow better than the alternatives.
  2. Which systems can it connect to? Email, calendars, file stores, CRMs, ERPs, and internal APIs where supported access is available. Each connection is scoped to the workflow.
  3. What controls are included? Defined data boundaries, limited credentials, action logs, failure handling, and human approval before sensitive external actions.
  4. What do we receive? A working pilot against real examples, the workflow instructions and controls, implementation documentation, training, and a clear path to production support.
  5. Claude or OpenAI? We choose by workflow rather than vendor loyalty. See our OpenAI implementation service or start with an AI Review when several workflows or platforms need comparison.

We build with Claude. We also run on it.

Our own consultancy operates on Claude agents daily: research, client communications capture, document production, invoicing, reporting, and the implementation work itself run through Claude Code, Agent Skills, subagents, and MCP connectors we built for our own operations. The patterns we bring to clients are the patterns running in our business right now.

Clients do not need model loyalty. They need workflows that work, stay within data boundaries, and can be reviewed by people who understand the business. Where Claude is the right fit, this page is what we bring. Where it is not, we say so before you spend money.

We follow Anthropic's published engineering guidance on building effective agents and build MCP integrations against the open Model Context Protocol specification.

01

Claude API workflows

Drafting, extraction, classification, structured outputs, vision, and retrieval with citations. Long-context document work and tool-using workflows built on the Claude API with prompt caching and cost controls.

02

Claude Code and Agent Skills

Skills that encode your procedures so agents follow your workflow, not a generic one. Subagents for parallel work, hooks for policy enforcement, and implementation workspaces where workflows are proved against real examples before rollout.

03

MCP connectors and tool use

Model Context Protocol servers connecting Claude to email, calendars, file stores, CRMs, ERPs, and internal APIs with least-privilege scopes, so agents discover the tools they are allowed to use and nothing more.

04

Claude Agent SDK builds

Long-running agents with guardrails: bounded tool access, human approval checkpoints where decisions matter, context management for multi-hour work, and observable behaviour your team can audit.

05

Chief of Staff agent kits

A packaged Claude agent deployed on client machines: communications capture, daily briefs, task follow-up, and document handling, driven by skills tailored to each business and reachable from the tools staff already use.

06

Governed system integration

Claude workflows connected to accounting, job, and document systems with strict data boundaries, audit logging, and approval paths, designed so the workflow survives scrutiny from boards, auditors, and regulators.

We design agent access around the work it needs to do.

  1. Least-privilege identity. We scope credentials to the systems and actions a workflow needs, avoiding shared administrator access.
  2. Isolation of untrusted content. Inbound emails, documents, and web content are treated as data, not instructions. Workflows that touch untrusted input are separated from workflows that touch sensitive systems.
  3. Human in the loop where it matters. Approvals for payments, external sends, and record changes. Human on the loop for oversight of the rest, with escalation triggers instead of silent failure.
  4. Action records. We design workflows to record agent actions so owners can review what happened, when, and why.

Client work across industries

This work shows the range of business systems, data, documents, and approval paths Transcend works across. Each engagement chooses the model that fits its workflow, access boundaries, and review needs. We keep client names confidential.

From review to production, with the same person accountable.

  1. Assess the workflow. We map the people, files, systems, risks, and expected return before choosing tools.
  2. Design the Claude path. We define the model use, skills, MCP connections, data access, review points, failure handling, and cost controls.
  3. Build the working pilot. We connect the workflow to real systems, encode the procedure as skills, and prove it against real examples.
  4. Ship and support it. We document the controls, train the users, measure quality, and improve the workflow after launch.

Intro to Claude Code, for your whole team.

  1. Two hours, hands-on. What Claude Code and Claude's agent tools actually do, taught by the person who builds production systems with them daily.
  2. Tailored to your industry. We map exercises to your team's real workflows before we arrive, so people leave with use cases they can run on Monday.
  3. Judgement stays human. The session covers what to hand off, what to review, and the guardrails that keep sign-off with your people.
  4. From $1,000 per session. One price for the whole room, at your office in Perth or online. See AI training.
